High Mountain Ventures was the first residential snow removal company at SilverStar Mountain Resort which was established in 1993. The company is currently owned and operated by Brent Land – a certified Journeyman Carpenter with over 30 years experience building and renovating at SilverStar. Brent and his family took ownership of the company in 2006. The Land family has made SilverStar their permanent residence since 1999.
Brent and his wife and business partner, Renee Land, also own and operate Land Custom Construction – a luxury building company specializing in waterfront and resort home development at SilverStar. Their in depth knowledge and experience of demanding mountain conditions, extreme weather and unique environmental challenges, makes them experts in everything they do.

Each packages determines the frequency on how many times we remove the snow from your property.
We will come every Tuesday and Friday for the length of the contract.
We will come every snowfall over 2 inches for the length of the contract.
